Party Poker was launched in 2001.

Party Poker currently offer the following ways to deposit :
  • NETeller (Minimum amount $50)
  • VISA (Minimum amount $50)
  • MasterCard (Minimum amount $50)
  • Switch (Minimum amount $50)
  • Phone Connect Card (Minimum amount $45,Maximum amount $999)
  • ePassporte
  • Money Transfer
  • Euro Standard Bank Transfer (Minimum amount $50,Maximum amount 12,500 Euro)
  • Wire Transfer (Minimum amount $50)
The signing up bonus at Party Poker is 20% up to $100. They occasionally offer reload bonuses as well and all bonuses are fairly easy to work off. Usually a set number of raked hands have to be played.

Software

Party Poker The software isnt as fancy as some other sites but its not too bad. It does have a small text area which is one of my pet peeves. However, like interpoker and a few others, in tournaments party will tell you how long you have left at that blind level. Something which is lacking at some other sites including poker room.

There are a few different companies which connect to the party network with the most well known being empire poker. Overall the software is very quick and you shouldnt have any problems with it (the sites never been down since ive been there).

Party Poker

Stakes

The lowest limits at Party Poker are the $0.50/$1 tables. They go all the way up to $30/$60 tables. Party have some very high entry tournaments as well.

Site Traffic

Party Poker are the biggest poker site on the web. They claim to have 65,000 players online though as i write this there are about 12,000 players. It is night time in the USA though and during peak times ive seen it over 50,000. It's so busy that when you click to register for a sit and go - most of the time its full by the time it loads. Its crazy.

Tournaments

Party Poker have a huge range of tourneys. Sit and go's are probably too busy (if there is such a thing). They also have some large multi table tourneys - the badbeat jackpot, the party million and the recently launched step challenge where you can win thousands with a $12 entry.

Freerolls

Party Poker don't have a regular freeroll as such like other poker sites. However when they do they are usually huge (like the $50,000 one in a few days from the time of writing). New players have the opportunity to enter

Bonuses

Like most poker rooms, Party Poker have a point system based on playing in ring games and tournaments. At this time of writing however they are still to annonce the prizes etc you can claim with your bonus account points. Partys deposit and reload bonuses are fantastic. When they have a reload deposit on the place exploads with players. For example, the last reload bonus was 20% and i got $20 for my $100 deposit. The great thing about the bonus is thats its so easy to work off. To get my bonus all i needed was 75 raked hands. I made this in about 2 hours at the tables.

Cashing Out

Party Poker offer :
  • VISA
  • MasterCard
  • Switch / Solo
  • NETeller
  • FPS ePassporte
  • Wire Transfer
  • Checks by mail
  • Chefcks by premium delivery (eg Fedex, UPS, DHL)
Conclusion

Party Poker is the biggest poker site on the web. You'll never have to worry about finding a table. One thing a lot of people have moaned about is the fishyness of Party and the number of bad beats they caught because of it. It makes sense that more players at the site means more bad players. Other than this id suggest you try party out as its one of the best poker sites on the web.
